Shipping Information
Delivery Options
We offer several shipping options to ensure you receive your Christmas decorations in time for the festive season:
- Standard Delivery (3-5 working days): £3.95
- Express Delivery (1-2 working days): £6.95
- Next Day Delivery (order before 2pm): £9.95
- Free Standard Delivery on orders over £50
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM on weekdays are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends are processed the next working day. During peak holiday seasons, please allow additional processing time.
UK Mainland Delivery
We deliver to all UK mainland addresses. Standard delivery takes 3-5 working days from dispatch. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
International Delivery
We currently ship to selected international destinations. International shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. Please see our international shipping table for detailed information.
Highlands and Islands
Delivery to Scottish Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland may take 2-3 additional working days and may incur additional shipping charges. These will be calculated at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package using our online tracking system on christmasornamentsuk.com.
Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us within 14 days of your expected delivery date. Check your tracking information first, as packages are often with neighbors or at local delivery offices.
Christmas Delivery Deadlines
To ensure delivery before Christmas, we recommend ordering by:
- Standard Delivery: 15th December
- Express Delivery: 20th December
- Next Day Delivery: 22nd December
These dates are guidelines and subject to carrier capacity during busy periods.
Large Item Delivery
For larger items such as Christmas trees and decorations, please allow additional delivery time. Some items may require special delivery arrangements.
Click and Collect
We currently do not offer click and collect services. All orders are delivered to your specified address.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails, our carrier will leave a card with instructions. Packages are typically held at the local delivery office for 18 days before being returned to us.
Shipping Restrictions
Some items have shipping restrictions due to size, fragility, or battery content. These restrictions are clearly marked on product pages.
