This site is operated by ChristmasOrnamentsUK.com (the “Shop”).

2. Purchasing / Contract Formation

All items offered on this website are subject to availability. To purchase, add the desired items to your basket and complete checkout. Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. This order constitutes a binding offer by you to purchase; the contract is concluded when we send a confirmation email that your order is accepted or when the goods are dispatched.

If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order (e.g. item no longer in stock), we will notify you and refund any amount paid. Our liability is limited to refunding the amount paid for the items.

Please note: product colours and textures shown on screen may vary slightly from the actual items due to manufacturing tolerances and monitor differences. Size and specification details are provided as guidance only.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices on ChristmasOrnamentsUK.com are shown in GBP and include applicable VAT. Delivery charges (if any) will be added during checkout.
We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions in pricing before dispatch. If a pricing error is identified after you place an order, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.

Payment must be completed before dispatch. Accepted payment methods will be listed at checkout.

4. Delivery of Goods

We dispatch orders as quickly as possible, typically within 48 hours for orders placed before 12:00 noon (working days only). During busy periods or on weekends/bank holidays, dispatch may take longer, but we guarantee dispatch no later than 14 days after order confirmation.

Goods will be delivered to the address you provide at checkout. If delivery is via carrier, signature may be required. Delivery times given at checkout are estimates. We are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control.

If an order is split into multiple shipments (e.g. due to stock availability), shipping costs may be calculated separately for each parcel.

5. Returns & Refunds

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged, faulty or incorrect items, please notify us within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

Change of Mind / Unwanted Items

If you are a consumer (not a business buyer) and your order was delivered to a non-business address, you may cancel all or part of your order within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in original, re-saleable condition with all packaging, labels, and instructions.

You are responsible for return shipping costs and risk of loss or damage during return transit. We recommend using a tracked / signed service. Any refund will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods. Delivery charges originally paid are non-refundable.

For business buyers returning items other than for defects, returns must be made within 7 days of delivery. A restocking fee (minimum 10% or £10) may apply, and return shipping costs are not refunded.

6. Right of Cancellation / Distance Selling Regulations

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days (unless items are custom-made or perishables), by informing us of their decision and returning the goods in required condition. After notification, return shipment must occur within 14 days. Refund will be processed only after receipt and inspection of goods.

7. Right to Cancel the Agreement (By the Shop)

We reserve the right to cancel your order before dispatch if:

• The ordered product is no longer available and no acceptable alternative can be offered,
• Payment cannot be authorized,
• Delivery address is not serviced, or
• A material error in the product listing was discovered (e.g. incorrect description).

In such cases, we will refund any amount already paid.

8. Website Changes, Errors & Availability

We may change or remove products, content, images, prices or any part of the site at any time without prior notice. Product descriptions, specifications, sizes and images may contain errors or inaccuracies. We are not liable for such errors, nor for delays caused by site maintenance, technical issues or external factors.

9. Liability

Our liability is limited to the total amount you have paid for the goods. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of profits, business interruption or personal injury, except where required by law (e.g. negligence causing injury or death).

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Your statutory consumer rights under UK law remain unaffected.
